Hi I've been facing problems with my Alienware Aw 2310 120Hz monitor. The main issues r Screen flickering when using HDMI cable, Dvi cable giving red screen. I want to Rma this monitor but without service code i cant Mail/chat/phone. Now this is just annoying. i checked US forums it says this specific model doesn't comes with Service code. I have the invoice of this monitor. Can someone tell me what to do?
