Power cord and adapter is missing the box

Hi,

I have bought S2240L LED 3 months ago. Again I have bought same LED and both the time power cord and adapter is not there in the box I have contact Dell when I first purchase this LED and they said, we will touch back you soon but I never heard anything from Dell. 

I have managed to buy compatible power cord and adapter from the market. But, this time again, I have faced the same issue. I just want to know that, are you guys actually provide power cord and adapter or not? Because, on box it says included.
