Sorry, the previous post I tried would not into the forum so I had to try posting again.
As you can see the shadow smudge would not disappear after testing.
I only had this for a couple of weeks of use and was a gift from my fiancee. He ordered this back in December 2013 and was shipped directly from Dell. (Does this mean he has to contact customer support? Or can I email the invoice to the Dell Support Team?)
Please help! Your time and efforts is much appreciated. Thank you.
