The menu, and brightness/contrast sliders appear on the screen after hitting the side panel buttons, but then cannot be configured by either mouse or touch. The monitor is connected to an HP Envy desktop with a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 (192-bit) card. Connections are HDMI and USB. Win 8.1
