Brand new monitor--have tried with two different pairs of headphones, both known to be working. Have also gone through all the troubleshooting steps, as outlined in the user manual. Access to headphone port is very awkward, but fairly certain headphones have been fully inserted.
When headphones are plugged in, speakers continue playing sound, ignoring headphone jack.
Anything to try or suggest?
Cancel that question. Was plugging into the Line in port. Found headphone jack at left side monitor.[I] Insert head banging smiley here.
