I have a Thinkpad T410 with Ubuntu 10.04 connected to a Dell U3011 through DisplayPort cable. Sometimes I also use a dockstation which also uses a DisplayPort cable. At the very first day, I was able to get a 2560x1600 resolution. The day after, I tried the exactly same setup but, this time, monitor was completely black. Later, I tried lower resolutions and found out it works for resolutions below or equal to 1280x1024. I tried power cycling, even unplugging it but it never came back. Monitor is black for any resolution above 1280x1024. How can I get this issue fixed?
