At the beginning of this month I had a P2715Q delivered. I think it's faulty as the monitor randomly flashes i.e. the display goes blank, then displays, then goes blanks, displays over and over again. I have had two people from Dell dealing with this issue. The first promised someone would follow up and arrange a replacement. It didn't happen. The second is now asking the same questions, getting me to do the same tests and now tells me I have to wait for approval to have my monitor replaced. in a couple of days the 30 day period will end and I'm worried that Dell will try and deliver a refurbished replacement.
Now I logged the issue the first week I had my monitor. It has a "Next Business Day" warranty (see below). Should Dell be supplying me a new monitor or will they try and give me a refurb?
