I wasted 40 minutes on the phone, mostly on hold to get a warranty repair for an S2340L monitor. When I finally got to talk to someone, a few minutes into the conversation I was disconnected. The person had me try different things and wanted me to email a photo of the screen but didn't give me an email address to send it to. If you swap cables, swap computers, and try a different monitor and the problem stays with the monitor, it's the monitor. The problem is that you can't get an email address or chat from the website without a service number and this monitor does not have a service number. Do I call back and waste more time talking to someone who doesn't know what they are doing? This is ridiculous.
