Hello, got a couple of questions.
Recently, i've bought Dell P2815q . The display is great , collors ofc.. After that massive input lag on 4k res.... I get its couse it works on 30hz but even when i put it down to 1080p (60hz) the lag is still there...I've read a lot about that issue and I see it is not fixable ....
1)What do can u suggest that i do?!
2)I've bought monitor when i was in Hungary , I'm from Serbia still got the reciept and warranty, can i ask for a refund ?
3)I've asked the Dell retailer where i bought it for a refund but they rejected me and told me to call Dell Serbia and ask them what to do ... After doing that everyone laughted in your Dell representantive in Novi Sad and said in this words : "Sorry its your problem".
P.S. Talked again with Hungarians and they said to contact internationall Dell support what to do ( If they agree to refund, we will ship the monitor to them and refund you...)
Now, in any case what do you suggest me to do ?
