After upgrading to Win10 I got myself a Monitor with Touchscreen features (Dell P2314T). I connected both the HDMI and the upstream USB cable which is necessary for the touchscreen to function to my desktop PC. The monitor works fine in all resolutions but the touchscreen features does not. I have done extensive google research to fix the issue but could not.
I have installed all drivers from the CD. I have not found tablet featues in my OS (tried it with both Win10 and Win 8.1) which I could turn on to activate features like I would on a Laptop with touchscreen options. The Device Manager shows me some unspecific HID which seem to be the touch screen feature.
I am very sure that the connection between the Monitor and the Desktop PC is working since the monitor also works as an USB hub.
Do you have any suggestions what I can do to fix my problem? Thanks!
