I have owned Dell products for years and have typically been impressed with quality and reliability.
I was very disappointed that my U2713HM literally died whilst I was using it and would like to know what Dell can do to assist in repairing the monitors internal power supply.
Yes I have tested the cables and different PCs and ultimately, I bought a Samsung to replace it as I was not confident in purchasing another Dell after this monitor only lasted 16months and that was light use.
Where in Melbourne is the licensed Dell repair centre and how likely are Dell to assist in redeeming this monitor and my confidence in the brand?
