Dell S2340Mc problem. Right half of the screen with blue tint.

Hi, I have a problem with my S2340Mc. The right half of the screen has a noticeable blue tint and it is also looks like one every other line is dark.

My debugging has been the following:

1- Hard reset. Didn't help

2- Restore to factory default. Didn't help

3- Selft test. The problem remains in self test mode.

4- Built-in diagnostics by color:

When the screen is:

• Gray: you can see a solid gray color on the left and a gradual  blue-greenish on the right side starting from the middle of the screen. Also on the right side you can see dark alternating dark lines. 
• Green: looks solid green
• Red and blue: left side solid color, right side alternating lines.
• White: same as gray
