P2314H - Glow or backLight bleed

Hi
i bought this montior recently from reseller shop. i notice all corner of screen glow under a dim light environment, pretty distracting while playing game. it not noticeable while day time.

all photo is taken in dim light environment "table lamp" but only the third photo is take under room light on.
the video is taken under dim light.

is this defective or it normal?
