Today I ran the free Windows 10 upgrade on my desktop computer. After the upgrade was done I noticed the colors seemed off so decided to recalibrate both my U2413 monitors. The software promptedme to upgrade to version 1.5.8 which I did before attempting the calibration.
Unfortunately when I try to calibrate either of the screens I get the message "Failed to establish a connection to the display. Please nake sure that the USB cable is connected and try again."
I've tried unplugging the USB cable of the other monitor as I read in the release notes that this could be an issue. That didn't help. I also ran a driver upgrade for all known drivers to make sure they're all up to date. Still no luck.
I did a factory reset on both monitors before I started so the screens now are way off. I really need this to work. Please tell me what I can do to solve this.
