I set the monitor up two days ago and noticed a stuck "bright pixel" (white). I've tried exercising the pixel with the tools from other threads and the DPT tool.
I bought an Ultrasharp because I heard excellent things about Dell's replacement policies and quality of the monitor.
Newegg's return policy does not cover 1 dead pixel. I want to use the Dell ultrasharp policy to replace this monitor. I tried to follow the instructions at
http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/peripherals/f/3529/t/19263699
But I am not having luck. Looking for what I need to do to get this replaced.
Thanks in advance for the help!
