I have a rev A01 U3014 that has been working perfectly until recently. Over the weekend, the display exhibited colored vertical lines after it resumed from sleep. I cycled the power on the display and the problem went away. I figured it was an isolated incident and didn't think much of it. The problem didn't occur for a few days. Today, the problem has occurred three times - twice upon resuming from sleep and once when I was rebooting.
I'm fairly certain it is not a video card or cable problem as the problem persists when I disconnect the DVI-D cable. I've also updated and rolled back my video drivers, with the problem recurred irrespective of the driver version. I'm also going to try hooking it up via DisplayPort to see if perhaps the DVI port is causing the problem.
If there are any other troubleshooting ideas I can try, please let me know. I have the display connected to an EVGA GeForce GTX 770, running at native resolution. Below is a picture of the problem. Again, this ONLY happens upon resuming from sleep. I have not observed the problem occurring spontaneously under normal use.
