Hi
Every time I connect my laptop to a second monitor (HDMI or External USB Monitor), touch screen move away from my laptop and when touch laptop screen, another monitor get clicked.
I have read there is a way to solve this issue in Windows 8.1 from Control Panel -> Tablet PC Settings -> Display -> Setup button next to Configure your pen and touch displays.
However, here is my issue. every time I click on this button, nothing appears. this button don't work and no reaction after I click it.
How can I set my default touch screen when this option is not functioning for me?
