Hi, got the following case - my UP3214Q got a crack on the screen and I was trying to contact Dell Support in IE & UK to get it either replaced or repaired and was told that UP3214Q cannot be repaired because it is a "one off" monitor! How this can possible be for a device with a price tag like that. I mean it's not the "hygiene device" to be used just once. Can someone please clarify if I can send the UP3214Q for repair and if I cannot where I'm supposed to send the complaint about this. Is it the customer protection group or something?
