White a bit gray on one monitor but not the other (both Dell S2340M)

I have 2 Dell S2340M monitors, both hooked up by DVI to an Nvidia GeForce 9600. I've only had them a couple weeks, and when I first got them the white looked bright and accurate on both monitors. Now however the white looks a bit more grayish on my main monitor compared to the side monitor (with say Notepad maximized on both screens in a new blank document).

I've tried updating both monitors to the 2 different driver versions I could find (both are from Dell and say ver 1.0 but are dated 3/19/2012 and 7/20/2013). They are both using the same driver at the same time, and using the default Dell color profile included with the driver. Both monitors are set to factory default settings via the OSD.

I've tried looking at them from different angles/vantage points - but the issue seems consistent no matter what.

Is there anything I can do/check to ensure that both monitors display white at the exact same hue/saturation/brightness/contract/gamma, etc. to my eyes?

Thanks!
