OK, so everything went fine until yesterday night, I can't wake it up anymore...THAT WAS A BIG PAIN because I need the monitor to help me to finish work.
Have been looking for solutions around google but with NO LUCK !!.
I am trying to find out how to reclaim my warrant but the ship date is on 22/08/2011. So I don't know whether it is due.
Can anyone please tell me how should I do so I can know whether it is still under warranty so I can get a replacement? Or if it is due I can purchase other brand of monitors. (no dell anymore)
I am not convenient to make phone call on my place, so I don't know is there any other way to contact customer service???
