Hello,
I need some guidance, as I'm not sure whether or not the calibration procedure works as expected.
I'd like to HW calibrate sRGB to CAL1 and AdobeRGB to CAL2.
I first set the OSD (touch screen buttons) to CAL1.
Then I run 'Dell Ultrasharp calibration solution' ver.1.5.3 in Basic mode, using the i1 Display Pro.
I then choose sRGB in the 'Display settings' panel.
in the 'Measurement' panel, that now says 'measure color patches' I set Calibration 1.
I start measurement.
Once the measurement is finished it asks me to flip the diffusor on the i1 Display Pro, to measure available light. I do that (it only takes a second or so).
Then I'm back at the 'Measurement' panel, but this time it says 'Default measurement'.
I choose Calibration 1 once again and press Next to be able to store the Icc-profile.
Is this behavior correct?
Will the profile I now create include the measured data from i1 Display Pro, or will it just be some default data for sRGB?
Thanks in advance for any advice on this topic.
/Benny
