I have similar problem on UP2414Q with mac pro in windows using bootcamp. When I switch to DP 1.2 only 4K resolution and some weird ones. When I turn off DP 1.2 I have all 16:9 resolutions but monitor will only run at 30Hz on full 4K. Problem is, that sometimes some application or game runs in full screen mode only and I would like to switch down to 1920x1080, but DP 1.2 doesn't allow it. Any solution to that?
