I didn't purchase my U2713H monitor. Dell sent it to me as a replacement for U2711. Right now I'm really <profanity> by this ghosting issue. If you have one of fast scrolling mouses (such as Logitech M705), this becomes painfully irritating. Even using keyboard keys to scroll up/down a page it's quite annoying. Image may be NSFW.
