My DELL 2407WFP has performed excellently and been crisp and clear as the 2nd monitor on my last two systems. My last was a Dell inspiron 15R with 1366/768 resolution on the laptop screen and teh 2407 at 1920x1200. I have a new Lenovo Thinkpad T440S with Windows 8.1 The Lenovo laptop screen is 1920x1200 and is very clear. For some reason however the 2407WFP is fuzzy. I downloaded the R151591.exe driver from dell (updated June 2013) and tried to install it but Windows says that I already have the best driver (which has a date of 10/24/2006 version 1.0.0.0). I don't know if the driver is the problem or something else. Fooling with the display options to make things larger or smaller doesn't help with the lack of clarity. Monitor is connected with a VGA cable. Any suggestions? Many thanks.
