Functional test via Skype shows all fine and both Webcam and Microphone function for a few hours then Microsoft advice says "One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned and Windows does not recognize it". Skype check then reports No Webcam and No Mic connected. Changing USB port on the PC gives same behaviour. Have tested repeatedly and am sure that the problem lies with the integrated device.
Returning Monitor to factory settings gives no change. Can anyone advise whether this device will be cost effective to repair/replace?
