Last week I purchased the new monitor from a retailer in Secunderabad (A.P.) and now I was trying to register that product online for warranty but it mandates to provide the Service Tag number that I am unable to relocate on my box or product. I called customer care for the alternate etc. and I was told that I need to provide the Dell Order No. available on the box but unfortunately my purchased box doesn't have it either. My box has only one Dell Sticker with Serial Number of the product (CN022R0T-72872-36A-CR4M) and two other stickers of courier companies – Gati and Blue Dart. There is no sticker for Order No due to which I can’t register this monitor with Dell for Warranty. My question is how should I proceed with Warranty registration with the available info. Please re-direct this question to appropriate forum, if current forum is not the right one.
