I bought three U3014 refurbs from Dell Outlet.
They came with the wrong cables: a power cable, VGA cable, single-link DVI cable and a USB 2.0 A-to-B cable.
I'm missing: dual-ink DVI cable, USB 3.0 A-to-B cable, DP to Mini-DP cable
These cables are listed right on the product page, under Technical Specs, sub-heading "What's in the Box'.
Every time I call support 800-624-9896 to try to get the correct cables sent out, they tell me either I got the right cables or that Outlet monitors do not come with cables.
Is there a number or extension I should be calling to get this fixed? I've chatted twice and called twice already. Getting a little tired of the run-around.
Edit: The last tech kept asking what model PC I have so he could determine the proper cable. -.- He couldn't understand that I build my own PCs.
