I have a u2413, a i1 Display Pro and the new Dell UltraSharp Calibration Solution (i1Profiler) in a Windows 8.1 PC.
As I intent to color grade videos, I just hardware calibrate CAL1 to REC709.
But it seams that REC709 hardware calibration is NOT gamma 2.2, as I'm gatting brighter images, compered to a hardware sRGB calibration.
Is that correct?
I used dispcalGUI to create a 3dLUT from new ICM profile. As recommended I applyed a BT 1886 gamma map of 2.2. When I use this Lut in Davinci Resolve and it seams that a get a correct tone... But the rest of my programs, like Premiere Pro is still too bright...
What is wrong?
