I just BOUGHT 2 P2212 from Dell (refurbished). $150 EACH. Terminal Sleep once it goes into PSM. CANT GET IT TO WAKE UP. Dell said its beyond their control. I asked for a replacement, nope. I bought this in Dec, 2013. Really? I had "Matching Monitors" for my DELL PRECISION 690 XP SP3 box with a Nvidia Quadro FX 3450. Ran my 2407 a03 just fine. SInce then, I have replaced my NEW set of P2212's(2) with 2 New NON DELLS and they work fine. Thanks dell for your support on this. I have spent over 40k on Dells IN THE LAST 5 YEARS AND WILL PROBABLY GO BACK TO HP and I have NEVER had or anticipated this kind of service from Dell. I was a HUGE ADVOCATE FOR DELL.

Mr Chris, I DID SPEND $700 and the sarcasm from you isnt appreciated because I did not identify my products. You act as if I didn't complete all the "req's" to be responded too or be heard with respect. Really a dissapointment from a Rep from Dell....

First, I doubt that you paid $700 for a 2001FP monitor that was released in 2004. Second, you replied to a thread from 2004?
Start a NEW thread. List the "specific" Dell monitor model that has PSM (powersave mode) issues. The operating system, video card, video card port, used on the monitor.
