Will the Inspiron 531 BIOS version 1.0.13 route video processing from a PCI-Ex16 installed GPU to a USB monitor if a USB3.0 port is installed in the PCI-Ex1 slot? And, if so, does anyone know if there is a decently responsive USB monitor which is Vista compatible?
