I have a new Dell XP13 with the Thunderbolt 3 port; I have a CableMatters adapter from USB-C to HDMI, and then am connecting to the monitor from the adapter with an HDMI to HDMI cable. The monitor initially starts up successfully, but then I begin to get "drops" where both the laptop and the monitor screen go black, and the "power save" message box comes up on the U2715H. After a couple seconds, operation resumes. I've tried both monitor HDMI poerts, gone through the troubleshooting steps in the manual (including factory reset) and reviewed the forum, so would appreciate any guidance for next steps.
