U2410, Refresh rate 59Hz?

Hi,

In the Windows property it's shown 59Hz (i can't change to 60 cause returns to 59)

In the Nvidia Control Panel it's show 60Hz

and the monitor itself (in the OSD) show 60Hz

Is correct?

Im on Windows 7 64bit
