U2415, uDP port, flickering with HP ProBook 6570b

Hi all,

I recently (December 2015) bought a U2415 monitor and all seems to work fine on my other laptops (using HDMIs) but when I connect my work laptop HP ProBook 6570b (using the DP port) it works for about 5 minutes then is start to flicker at random, there isn't a way to stop it, even if I switch off the monitor and back on nothing changes. I am using the brand new cable supplied with the monitor uDP to DP.

Date of Mfg: October 2015

Is the monitor faulty ? Should I return it to the supplier?
