U3011 faults

Hi there: Have a few of these: One has a broken off power button, another has right side of screen with video scrabbled after awake from standby.

Removing power usually solves it, but it can happen every time. Obviously defective internal video chip or RAM.

Dell refuses to support these, and they have poor reliability.

Open to any suggestions especially if others have solved the flaky power button or internal video RAM issues.
