This is a bit to read but here it goes....I noticed the other day that Dell put the U2414H monitors on sell. I quickly obtained a quote for 3 via Dell chat. Due to limited space, i was unsure if i could fit 3 so i decided take one of the monitors off my quote. I realized right before i did this that the price of the monitor went back up to its normal price. Before i ordered 2, i asked the Dell sells rep if it would be possible to order a 3rd monitor at the sale price if i did it within a few days. His EXACT reply was " No problem. Just tell the Dell rep that you already ordered 2, you had a quote for 3 and you would like to order the 3rd at the price of the other 2". After i ordered 2 monitors, i did more measuring and realized it was close but i was pretty sure i could fit 3. THE NEXT DAY i called Dell and explained to the sells rep that i ordered 2 and what the other sells rep told me. He said "no problem, it will just take a few minutes to adjust the price". 20 MINUTES!!!! later he comes back and says i am sorry but i cannot sell you the monitor for the price of the other 2. I am pretty upset at this point but i held my composure and said ok and the call ended shortly after. I ordered the 3rd Dell monitor for the same price i paid for the other 2 but from a major online retailer. The 2 Dell monitors arrived two days ago and the 3rd arrived yesterday. All 3 monitors are revision A03 but the two from Dell are October 2015 manufactuer and the 3rd is August 2015 manufactuer. I hooked them all up and quickly noticed that 3rd monitor from the major online retailer does not look the same as the other 2. The whites have a yellowish tint and the colors just dont match up. Ive tried different presets and adjusting color settings with no change. I am asking that Dell do the right thing here and let me exchange it through Dell so i can get my 3rd monitor to match the other 2. I have spent a lot of money on these monitors and was lied to in the process. Let me know what my next step can be. Thank you
