S2316H service tag

Hi,

I just bought a S2316H and trying to register it online.The online form required the service tag to proceed. However I cannot find the tag anywhere. A quick search tells me that my monitor may not have a service tag at all. So I would like to double check check whether this model has service tag or not? And If it does not then how can I register my monitor?
