UP2414Q DisplayPort 1.2 Screen Tearing Issue

Hello,

I am having an issue with my Dell Monitor where if the screen goes into standby or some change happens, the screen tears and becomes unusable when it is used under DisplayPort 1.2 60htz. This Dell Monitor is a Revision A02. Is there a solution to this problem? I have attached a picture if what it looks like below.
