A green line has recently appeared on my U2414H. I've already tried LCD conditioning and performing a hard reset. I bought this monitor from Amazon a little over a year ago and as per the thread on monitor warranties/replacement I tried calling technical support.
The automated response says that it "pulled up my account" and that I am no longer covered by warranty and my only recourse is to buy "premium support." Is this a joke? There is no information or "account" for them to pull up. There is no service tag. Who/how am I supposed to get this resolved?
