U2414H, resolution problem

Hi,

I have this problem with U2414h that I can't get out of. my resolution setting is grayed out that I can't change to 1980 x 1080. I am using Windows 10 and I updated graphic to the last version. I am using U2414H and E2414H. it seems like E2414H is working quite good. but only U2414H has 640x 480 fixed resolution.
