For monitors that are not supported by Dell in Windows 10, you should still be able to choose the monitors prime/native resolution using Windows 10 Generic PnP Monitor inf.
* Open the Control Panel (icons view)
* Click/tap on the Display icon
* Click/tap on the Change display settings link on the left side

* If you have more than one display connected to your PC, then select a display that you want to change the screen resolution. If all your displays are not shown, then click/tap on the Detect button to see if Windows can find it. If you are not sure which display belongs to what number, then you can click/tap on the Identify button to have each display's number appear briefly to see

* Once you have clicked on your monitor, right of Resolution, click the down arrow to view the highest resolution and choose it

If the monitors prime/native resolution is not listed, continue
* In Picture3, click Advanced Settings
* It should state, "Generic PnP Monitor and your video card"
* Click List All Modes
* Look for the monitors native/prime resolution in the list. Choose it
* Click Keep changes
