How do I get 2560 x 1440 on a Dell P2815Q?

I have several of these Dell P2815Q monitors and despite various online reviews I think they are fantastic.  I have one connected to my MacBook Air running Bootcamp and I can drive it at 2560x1440 no problem using the minidisplay to display port cable included with the monitor.  I've set up one at home on a Surface Pro 3 and can also get 2560x1440 using minidisplay port cable.

I recently picked up another one for a coworker but I'm not able to get hers to run at the same resolution.  When I connect her monitor to my Air using the same cable that I use I'm not able to set it to 2560x1440.  Any idea what's going on?

Is there something different about the two monitors even though they are the same model?  When I look at the Intel HD Graphics Control Panel while connected to my P2815Q the display is listed as Digital Television DELL P2815Q.  When I connect to her 2815Q and look at the same setting in the Intel HD Graphics Control Panel is says Digital Display.

I can't find anything obvious in the monitor's controls to make any change.  I've tried resetting hers to factory multiple times without any luck.  I'm reluctant to reset mine to factory since I"m getting the resolution I want.

What can I do to enable 2560x1440 resolution on her 2815Q?

Thanks!
