To Enable 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz, ensure the graphics card of the DP source is DP1.2 certified with MST feature, capable of supporting resolution up to 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz, and its driver supports DisplayID v1.3, then change the DP setting to DP1.2. I'm going to send my monitor back. I bought it only for the 3840 x 2160, 60 Hz. Then I realised that is really an optimal capacity uses. I have a Titan X video card. I also buy DisplayPort 1.2 cable with latches certified. The screen was working fine when I played Arma 3 but the screen heated to pretty hot for the hand on the back side monitor even to reach the point to go black. Now I can only use the screen as HDMI or momentary mini DP, which I never know how it will react or working briefly. I try to rise the screen to its limit which I believed it was stable for and it showed to me it was/is not. Someone that I trust suggest me Dell Products and others told me that your service/quality is getting lower years after years. For my part I tried every kind of possibilities with wires to gain back the the 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz. When I connect all wires: Configuration Panel of Nvidia shows 2 monitors Dell one HDMI and 1 DP. When I remove the HDMI cable: the DP  or Mini DP makes black screen and impossible to get any image. This is the DP wire I bought.
