Last week my U3014 died. I have unsuccessfully been attempting to contact Dell customer support for almost 7 days at the 1-800-822-8965 number. When I ask for technical support and am redirected to monitor support, I get a "our office is closed, please call back on the next business day.". I have tried called every day at various times throughout the day since last Wednesday with no luck. How do I get in touch with customer support? This is ridiculous.
