Below is my experience so far with your customer service in Turkey:
April 28th Tuesday: I call your customer service to query whether my U2713Hb monitor slightly stuttering when below brightness level 8% is normal, to which they RMA my monitor with a new one.
April 29th Wednesday: My new U2713Hb arrives, faulty panel with terrible backlight bleeding, unusable for daily work and is absolutely unacceptable at a professional monitor that is supposedly colour calibrated. Not to mention there was no calibration report delivered to me with this monitor. Also the USB hub did not function in this particular model.
April 29th: I contact your customer support again, they direct another monitor to me as a replacement for the replacement monitor that I got. This is our X point.
May 7th: I receive the said 2nd replacement 8 days after the X point, it is a U2413H instead of U2713hb, I don't accept the delivery, ask for another. This is the Y point. Your customer service suggested that I accepted the delivery since they think it might be a better model, suggesting they think I am unaware of the tiers of your models.
May 23rd: After 16 days of waiting since the Y point I receive a 4th monitor, 3rd U2713Hb at this point, and how about this... A dead pixel about in the middle of the screen, somewhat to the left hand side, and is apparent in green, red, white, blue self-tests as well as all other images present on the screen. Not to mention I didn't get a calibration report this time either, not to mention the backlight bleed is still there; just not as bad and is usable at least.
Is this the kind of support you offer in your professional series Ultrasharp monitors?
Go read a book named "Quality Control for Dummies" before you offer professional equipment.
Oh, I have pictures and all the email history saved at the side in case you want to see them; and again not to mention, to even get an email reply from your customer service in Turkey, emailing them isn't enough, I apparently have to call them to tell them that I've sent them an email to which they should respond to.
