DELL's support really stinks

I had some issues on my U2713H, in simple, the USB didn't work. So ringed the DELL support and they decided to dispatch me a replacement. It happened quick, first replacement arrived 3 days after, but the nightmare began. 1st  replacement's USB partly functional. 2nd replacement's USB totally nonfunctional and took couple of weeks to arrange 3rd replace, which arrived today. 3rd replacement's USB works, but it has cracking at the back! Can't you dell check everything before dispatching the replacement? It's really wasting time.
