DELL U2410f question

Hi

Monitor is DELL U2410f  Rev A02

First blue LED above power button randomly lights on/off with no reason, regardless of whether the monitor is turn on or stand by state. Also power button light (amber) blinks in stand by mode.

Is this normal behavior?
