MDS14 Dual Monitor Stand - base dimensions

I cannot find the actual dimensions of the base plate. The base plate is essentially a rectangle with a rectangle cut out in front.  Anyone have the actual dimensions of the base rectangle, and the rectangle cut out as it sits on a desk? thx
