When I attempt to calibrate my monitor using a X-Rite Display i1 Pro plugged into my U3014 monitor USB port, I get a "i1Display Pro not connected. Please connect now”error. I have been trying for 7months to get Dell Tech support to provide either a method or replacement monitor. They have sent 3 refurbished monitors, two with the same issue and one that didn't work at all.
While I appreciate their honest efforts to resolve the issue, I still don't have a fully working monitor.
The USB port reads and writes other devices so it works. The i1 PRO works on my laptop using X-Rite software so it works - thus the problem is either with the Dell software or the monitor.
Does anyone have a fix?
