Normally I would not be posting in a form for this kind of problem but apparently it is impossible for me to contact technical support. Both service tags on my monitor don't seem to register on this site for trying to send an email. Customer support also seems to be unavailable as well. So hopefully I can get some help here.
I have a problem with my Dell U3014 monitor in which the menu buttons and the power button freeze up pretty much every single day. My main problem is I can't turn the monitor off. I used to be able to hold the power button down and the monitor would turn off after a few seconds but even that doesn't work anymore. I have had this monitor for a couple of weeks now, not too long. Has anyone else had this problem before? I am using the DVI-D cable that was packaged with the monitor. Any help would be appreciated.
