U2414H DisplayPort MST issues after wake from sleep

I actually have 2 issues.

At the beginning of December I bought a single U2414H and I hadn't had any issues with it.  A little over a week ago, I got a second U2414H and it seems to work OK by itself.

The first issue is that when I adjust the height to the maximum (meaning as tall as it'll go) the 2 monitors are off by a little over 1/2 an inch.

The second problem is when I set them up in a daisy-chain.  My video card is a SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 7770 (link) and the AMD drivers are from December (14.12 Omega I think) and I'm running Windows 7 Pro 64-bit SP1 with patches up to date.  When I first set them up in a daisy-chain, I had the new monitor connected via mDP on the video card to DP on the monitor and I enabled DP 1.2 in the menu on the new monitor and left it disabled on the old.  I then connected the new monitor to the old monitor from DP to mDP.  Everything worked fine.

The power options in Windows are set to only put the monitors to sleep.  So the next day I go to use my computer and only the new monitor wakes up and shows the desktop.  I tried turning the old monitor off, switching inputs, disconnecting and reconnecting the cable between the 2 monitors, unplugging the power.  When I did pretty much any of that, the old monitor would display a message about going into sleep.  I also believe Windows device manager only showed the old monitor as a Generic non-PNP monitor.

I eventually reversed the setup and got it working again.  Meaning the old monitor was connected to the video card and DP1.2 was enabled in the menu on the old monitor and disabled on the new monitor.  Then I connected the old monitor to the new monitor with the DP to mDP cable.  Again things worked for the rest of that day.

The next day when I tried to wake up the monitors, neither of them worked and both kept showing the message about going into sleep.  I tried the same things as before, turning the monitors off and on, disconnecting the DP cables and power, etc.

I eventually got back to the original configuration with the new monitor as the primary and the old as the secondary.  Then the next day I go to use the computer and again, only the new/primary monitor wakes up and the old/secondary displays the message about going into sleep.  I've also tried both of the mDP ports on the video card with no luck.

After reading some posts on here, I guess there are multiple revisions of this monitor, so I looked at mine and the old monitor is A01 (March 2014) and the new one is A03 (December 2014).  I tried looking on dell.com support to put in a ticket about both issues, but it always asked for a service tag or express service code which I don't think monitors have (or at least I can't find them).

What do I need to do to get these issues fixed?
